Regarding an application for Area Variance submitted by APCR LLC, for a parcel located at 5371 Route 28 Mt Tremper, NY 12457, indicated as SBL# 25.10-1-27.100 and located in a Highway Business Zone. The applicant would like an area variance to install a 48 square foot sign allowable within the Zoning Code.

Regarding an application for a Special Permit submitted by Durga T Bernhard, for a parcel located at 203 Broad Street Hollow Rd Shandaken NY, further identifies as SBL# 5.4-1-48 located in a Residential 3 Acre Zoning District.
